COMPLIANCE CONSULTING & COMPLIANCE INFORMATION ATA's staff is available to answer members’ questions about regulatory compliance requirements and to help ensure each company’s full compliance with all rules and laws.
DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING ATA's partnership with CDTA allows our members to obtain discounted drug/alcohol testing and reporting services including pre-employment, random and post-accident testing, consortium services, general compliance information and hands-on help. LEGISLATIVE & REGULATORY ADVOCACY ATA represents its members before the Arizona Legislature, as well as before regulatory agencies whose decisions and actions impact trucking.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION SERVICES ATA can issue duplicate titles, register and plate your vehicles, run Arizona MVRs and perform VIN inspections, among other services. VRS agents can be reached at 602.850.6007.
